• We are unable to begin the project within 30 days of the agreed start date due to our circumstances
• There is a significant discrepancy between the agreed scope and what we can deliver

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be provided if:

• You cancel the project after work has begun but before completion
• The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed
• Administrative and planning costs may be deducted from the refund

No Refund

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

• Project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope
• Client-requested changes led to delays or scope modifications
• Client failed to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner
• Cancellation due to change of mind after significant work has been completed
• Third-party service fees such as hosting, domains, and software licenses

3. Service-Specific Terms

Website Development

For website development projects, refunds are calculated based on the completion percentage of design, development, and testing phases.

AI Auto Receptionist (Subscription)

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

Custom AI Solutions

Due to the specialized nature of custom AI development, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed and resources invested.

• Hours spent on design and planning
• Development work completed
• Third-party costs incurred
• Administrative and project management time
• Any materials or assets created for the project
