By accessing or using the services provided by Meta Nest Developers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Meta Nest Developers provides web design and development, AI solutions, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal document.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as requested
• Ensure you have the rights to all content, materials, and assets you provide
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain all ownership rights to the content, materials, and data you provide to us for the project. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own all custom code and design work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use generic components, frameworks, and methodologies in other projects.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or agreement
• We typically require a deposit before beginning work
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in work suspension

6. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will provide a revised estimate for approval before proceeding with significant changes.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or business outcomes
• Third-party services and integrations are subject to their own terms
• We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications to our work

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta Nest Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat all confidential information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. We expect the same confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and business information.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
