Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling projects and services with Meta Nest Developers. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our cancellation procedures.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

Before Project Commencement

If you wish to cancel before any work has begun:

• Full refund of any deposit paid
• No cancellation fee applies
• Submit cancellation request in writing

During Design Phase (0-25% Complete)

• 25% of total project cost will be retained
• Any completed design work will be delivered to you
• Remaining balance will be refunded

During Development Phase (25-75% Complete)

• Payment for work completed plus 10% cancellation fee
• All completed work and assets will be delivered
• Remaining balance will be calculated and refunded accordingly

Near Completion (75%+ Complete)

• Full project cost is due
• All completed work and source files will be delivered
• No refund applicable at this stage

3. Project Cancellation by Meta Nest

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment according to agreed schedule
• Lack of communication or unresponsiveness for more than 30 days
• Requests for illegal or unethical work
• Breach of Terms of Service
• Harassment or unprofessional conduct

In such cases, payment for completed work will be due, and any applicable refunds will be processed according to this policy.

4. Subscription Services Cancellation

AI Auto Receptionist

• Cancel anytime with no penalty
• Service continues until end of current billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Data export available upon request before cancellation

Maintenance & Support Plans

• 30-day notice required for cancellation
• Annual plans: Prorated refund for remaining months minus 10%
• Monthly plans: No refund for current month

5. How to Cancel

To cancel a project or service:

1. Send a written cancellation request to metanest884@gmail.com
2. Include your project name/ID and reason for cancellation
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
4. We will provide a summary of work completed and financial settlement
5. Once confirmed, cancellation is processed within 5 business days

6. Project Pausing

As an alternative to cancellation, you may request to pause your project:

• Projects can be paused for up to 60 days
• A pause fee of 10% of remaining project cost applies
• After 60 days, the project will be considered cancelled
• Resume within 60 days with no additional charges

7. Deliverables Upon Cancellation

Upon project cancellation, you will receive:

• All completed design files and assets
• Source code for completed development work
• Documentation for work completed
• Any third-party accounts or assets purchased for the project

Note: Work-in-progress that is not yet in a usable state may not be delivered.

8. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.), both parties may agree to cancel or postpone the project without penalties. Each case will be evaluated individually.
