Meta Nest Developers provides digital services including web development, AI solutions, and software development. Due to the nature of digital products and services, traditional "returns" as applied to physical goods are not applicable. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and have policies in place to address your concerns.

2. Revision Policy

Instead of returns, we offer revisions to ensure the delivered work meets your expectations:

Design Revisions

• Unlimited revisions during the design approval phase
• Major design changes after approval may incur additional charges
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of design delivery

Development Revisions

• Bug fixes are included for 30 days after project launch
• Feature modifications within scope are addressed at no extra cost
• Changes beyond the original scope will be quoted separately

3. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• 30-day bug-free guarantee after project completion
• All deliverables will function as demonstrated during approval
• Code will follow industry best practices and standards
• Performance will meet agreed-upon benchmarks

4. What We Will Fix at No Cost

• Bugs and errors in our code
• Features not working as specified in the approved scope
• Cross-browser compatibility issues (for specified browsers)
• Mobile responsiveness issues (for specified devices)
• Security vulnerabilities in our code

5. What Is Not Covered

• Issues caused by client modifications to delivered code
• Problems arising from third-party services or integrations
• Server or hosting environment issues
• Feature requests beyond the original scope
• Issues caused by changes to external APIs
• Browser or device versions not included in original requirements

6. Dissatisfaction Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with delivered work:

1. Document specific issues or concerns
2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
3. We will schedule a call to understand your concerns
4. We will create an action plan to address legitimate issues
5. Work will be revised until requirements are met

7. Subscription Service Returns

For subscription-based services like AI Auto Receptionist:

• 7-day trial period for new subscriptions (where applicable)
• Full refund if cancelled within trial period
• No refunds after trial period ends
• Service can be cancelled anytime without penalty

8. Source Code and Assets

Once delivered and paid for, source code and assets become your property. These cannot be "returned" as we cannot un-deliver digital assets. However, if there are issues with the delivered code, we will work with you to resolve them according to this policy.

9. Escalation Process

If you feel your concerns are not being adequately addressed:

1. Request escalation to project manager
2. If unresolved, request escalation to management
3. We will conduct a thorough review of the situation
4. A fair resolution will be proposed within 5 business days
